Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Out of respect for my time and other guests, please review the following policy: No-shows and cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the service cost. Clients who reschedule a canceled appointment will be charged a 50% fee at the time of cancellation, with the remaining 50% due at their rescheduled appointment.
