That means there are no surprises, no add-ons, no extras, or fees. This also means it's Gratuity free! A 50% cancelation fee is in place for clients who cancel within 48 hours. For those clients who reschedule that canceled appointment, that fee is applied to your rescheduled appointment. If a client does not show or cancel the day of their appointment, a 100% cancelation fee is charged. Most services are difficult to fill at the last minute. These policies in place protect myself, my business, and my clients trying to book appointments.
